A new smartphone

What could be the first thing people do with their new smartphone, after turning it on?
As a programmer, what I did was installing my app into it to make sure it would run correctly just as on the old device.

But things were not always that simple…

…for some reasons, they did not show exactly the same thing on their screens.
What I felt at that instant, probably only another programmer could understand.
